What is a personal trainer

When you hear the words ‘PERSONAL TRAINER’ what springs to mind? Burpees, six packs and strict diets to name a few!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I first started out as a Personal Trainer I felt like a fraud. Not because I’m not qualified but because:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ I don’t do running⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ I can’t do a full press up (or a pull up for that matter!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ I don’t have a 6 pack⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ I don’t believe in diets⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ I’m not fixated on body image⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ I don’t promote quick fixes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There was a time I wouldn’t have had the confidence to say that out loud! However, I have stayed true to myself over the years because I know there is so much more to exercise such as:⠀

🌟 Feeling energised⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟 Improving mood⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟 Enjoying life with everything in moderation⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟 Improving your mental wellbeing⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟 Being an all round HAPPY, HEALTHY WOMAN⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
