I’m going to say that you probably haven’t! Life is busy and we get caught up in the daily to do list and before you know it another day, another week and another month has flown by!

It’s important that we do stop to think about what matters to us because if we can weave into our day the little things that make us happy and bring us joy then that is going to work wonders for our stress levels and how we feel overall.

Part 1 – What Matters to you

The purpose of this exercise is to help you identify everything that matters to you. You will see from my example that it can be anything from exercise & feeling good to having a clean and tidy house

There are no rules, this really is all about you, and what matters to you. What do you enjoy?

What makes you happy?

What makes you content?

What makes you feel good? What you want out of life?

List all of the potential hurdles that may stop you from acheiving what you set out in part 1
