ABOUT PELVIC FLOOR & CORE RESTORE

This specialist course is all about helping you to Recover and Rehabilitate following Pregnancy and Childbirth. Improving Pelvic Floor Function, reducing Diastasis Recti and correcting Post-Natal Posture.  Providing you with strong foundations for life and getting your body back to working as it should.

You’ll be offered a wealth of advice, guidance and information from a postnatal expert.

This is a small group course with spaces limited to 6 maximum, this ensures that you get the attention you deserve.
