Welcome to ‘Everywoman’ – our FOUNDATION, GROUND-BREAKING 6 or 12 Week Pelvic Floor and Core Health Programme that truly is a gift that keeps giving. We feel that EVERY WOMAN should experience this programme at least once in her lifetime!

Enjoy 6 wonderful weeks of movement, nutrition and self-care guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women’s fitness/wellness whatever life phase you’re in.

The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to bring you ‘back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.

This programme is for you if you answer ‘YES’ to most of these questions…

  • Have you experienced the odd leak when jumping, running, laughing or sneezing?
  • Would you like to have a stronger and better functioning Pelvic Floor that does its job when you jump, sneeze, cough, laugh or run?
  • Do you want to return to jogging, running or more athletic activities but lack the confidence because of small leaks?
  • Have you been performing your ‘squeeze and lift’ exercises fairly regularly but still don’t have the confidence in your Pelvic Floor?
  • Are you a woman who wants to reconnect to your core and have a better looking and stronger belly?

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

  • On application to join the programme, you will be asked to complete our Pre-Screen. This helps us to decide if this programme is right for you because our job is to ensure that you get the RIGHT HELP!
  • The pre-screen is extensive and thorough, but this ensures you get the help you deserve and need because we fully understand your health journey and what you hope to achieve.
  • Prior to the course starting, we will meet for a private 1-2-1 consultation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your screening form in more detail alongside a check for Diastasis Recti (separated abdominal muscles) and breathing patterns.
  • Upon joining the programme, we will meet once per week.  You will also complete your homework via the online portal (approximately 10 mins in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator) a further 2-3 times throughout your week.
  • There is an option of continuing the 2nd Phase of the programme for a further 6  weeks in the comfort of your own home via our ONLINE PORTAL, still fully supported by us.
  • You can follow this programme as a private 1-2-1 session, a 2-2-1 paired session or a in a  small group (maximum of 4)

WHAT’S YOUR NEXT STEP?

Simple, if you feel this programme is for you then please get in touch so we can arrange payment to reserve your place. Once payment is received, you’ll then be asked to complete our online HCR® Pre-Screening to ensure that this programme is right for you.

We will then contact you to arrange your initial consultation so that we know where you are on your health journey and so that the programme can be tailored to suit your needs.

You’ll then be all set to attend your first session where you’ll receive your HCR® Client Education Booklet and the key items of fitness kit required for the course.

WHERE AND WHEN?

The weekly sessions are held in Jen’s private studio at 2 Grecian Terrace, Harrington, CA14 5QD.

WHAT’S THE COST?

You can follow this 6 week programme as a private 1-2-1 session, a 2-2-1 paired session or in a small group (4 maximum).

At the end of the 6 week programme, you also have the option of continuing your journey by upgrading to Phase 2 of the programme. This is an online programme that runs for a further 6 weeks at an additional cost of £60.00.
