The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to bring you ‘back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.

    What’s involved?

    This programme is split into 2 phases:

    PHASE 1

    The first 6 weeks of the programme are delivered either face to face or online via live stream. We will meet once per week and you will also have access to the online portal where you complete your homework between our live sessions. This first 6 weeks is the perfect opportunity for your to really master your exercises and achieve some brilliant results.

    PHASE 2

    For the second part of the programme you can move online and complete the homework by yourself, but with the same level of ongoing support from me, or you can continue with our 1-2-1 sessions.

    In this second part of the programme we will continue to progress the exercises and really help you to integrate core and pelvic floor exercises into your life on an ongoing bases.

    Holistic Core Restore

    On application to join the Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman programme, you will be asked to complete the online HCR® Pre-Screening to ensure that this programme is right for you. Then, if you’re a good fit:

    • We’ll arrange a call to go through your pre-screen
    • You’ll receive your login details for the Holistic Core Restore® Membership platform where you will view your additional filmed homework
    • You’ll receive your kit bag with all the equipment you need to complete the programme

    Where and when?

    WHERE: Due to the current situation with COVID 19, all sessions are currently available LIVE ONLINE. You will need a free Zoom account which you can download from the app store or by visiting www.zoom.us.

    WHEN: Availability for these sessions are during the day and some weekday evenings, please contact me to discuss availability.
