In the ‘Heat’ programme, we’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’.

It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump-start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.

You’ll move to inspiring and energizing music, getting hot and sweaty with NO burpees or running!

This class is designed to give you back confidence in your own body so you’ll soon be able to enjoy plenty of other activities!

Who is it for?

  • Women who have worked with me on the EveryWoman programme and are ready to transition to something a little more challenging
  • Women who want to exercise and improve their fitness and strength without having to take part in high impact activities such as running and jumping.
  • It is ideal for women who want a safe and effective way to start exercising again.
  • This class is suitable for nearly all women especially those who are postnatal, menopausal and peri-menopausal.
  • Women who have been ill, injured or who have simply fallen out of an exercise routine for a while and want to come back to it.
  • Women who have no issues with pelvic floor weakness (i.e leaking) or Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)


What’s Involved?

Before joining this programme, you will be asked to complete a pre-screen to ensure your pelvic floor and core are strong enough for movement. 

If necessary, you may be asked to join me for an online video consultation to discuss your pre-screen in more detail and if needed I will talk you through how to assess yourself for diastasis recti (abdominal separation). 

If I feel you are not ready for this programme I will contact you to discuss other options.

There will be one LIVE online session each week which is recorded so you can catch up if you miss a session. 

To join this live online offering, you will need an internet connection and access to Zoom which is free.

You will also need a few bits of inexpensive kit, a list of which will be provided at the time of booking along with a link to purchase.
