Who is it for?

This class is suitable for nearly all women especially those who are postnatal, menopausal and peri-menopausal.

If you know your pelvic floor and core is strong enough for movement and after completing the health screening, Jen agrees it is appropriate for you.

It is the perfect option for women who want to exercise and improve their fitness and strength without having to take part in high impact activities such as running and jumping.

It is ideal for women who want a safe and effective way to start exercising again.

How does it work?

There is one LIVE online session each week which is recorded so you can catch up if you miss a session. You’ll also have access to our HCR Heat members area where you’ll find pre-recorded workouts of the week.

To join this live online offering, you will need an internet connection and access to Zoom which is free.

You will also need a few bits of inexpensive kit, a list of which will be provided at the time of booking along with a link to purchase.
