Introducing Holistic Core Restore® Heat.

In the ‘Heat’ programme, we’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’.

It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump-start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.

You’ll move to inspiring and energizing music, getting hot and sweaty with NO burpees or running!


Once you’ve gone through the ‘Everywoman’ programme, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health.  Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE.  You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

Who is it for?


  • Women who have worked with me on the EveryWoman programme and are ready to transition to something a little more challenging
  • Women who want to exercise and improve their fitness and strength without having to take part in high impact activities such as running and jumping.
  • It is ideal for women who want a safe and effective way to start exercising again.
  • This class is suitable for nearly all women especially those who are postnatal, menopausal and peri-menopausal.
  • Women who want to know how to exercise to improve your Fat Loss with respect to your Pelvic Health status ie., without huge impact/load/force going through the Pelvic Floor and Core.
  • You’re ready to take it up a notch or two, move to inspiring and energizing music and experience the FUN being put into FUNCTIONAL and be PUSHED!

What’s Involved?

If you’ve not completed the Everywoman programme, then before joining this programme, you will be asked to complete a pre-screen to ensure your pelvic floor and core are strong enough for movement. 

If necessary, you may be asked to join me for an online video consultation to discuss your pre-screen in more detail and if needed I will talk you through how to assess yourself for diastasis recti (abdominal separation). 

If I feel you are not ready for this programme I will contact you to discuss other options.

There will be one LIVE session each week alongside access to the private members areas where you can access pre recorded workouts.

You will also need a few bits of inexpensive kit, a list of which will be provided at the time of booking along with a link to purchase.
