This programme also involves simple meditation strategies and ESSENTIAL Pelvic Floor and nervous system down-training which, we all know, is just as important as ‘doing the work’.
Take part in this session via zoom from the comfort of your own home. Wear something comfy, light a candle (if you want) and you can even climb into bed for the guided meditation at the end of the session meaning you won’t have to move again for the rest of the day! You can just drift off into a peaceful and deep sleep.
