What’s involved?

This programme offers simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draws on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions. Forget ‘stretching’, let’s RELEASE AND RE-ALIGN!

A delicious and ESSENTIAL part of any wellness strategy and suitable (with modifications) for all women.

This programme also involves simple meditation strategies and ESSENTIAL Pelvic Floor and nervous system down-training which, we all know, is just as important as ‘doing the work’.

Take part in this session via zoom from the comfort of your own home.  Wear something comfy, light a candle (if you want) and you can even climb into bed for the guided meditation at the end of the session meaning you won’t have to move again for the rest of the day! You can just drift off into a peaceful and deep sleep.

Women are busy and the pace of life is getting faster and faster….we give women ‘permission to stop’!  And it’s most welcomed!

WHERE: In a quiet room, at home via Zoom.

WHAT TO BRING: A mat or towel to lie on; A cushion or pillow, A massage or tennis/dog ball; An exercise band or scarf/tie.
