Are you totally confused as to what is and isn’t safe exercise after having a baby as everyone is saying something different?


Sound familiar?  Then Movement 4 Mums is just for you, designed specifically for mums recovering from pregnancy and childbirth.

Suitable for anyone with a pelvic floor weakness and a small diastasis (abdominal separation)

All abilities welcome as exercise adaptations are always provided so you are always exercising at your own level.


There are two options to choose from:

Movement 4 Mums
Daytime class where baby comes too!
Suitable from 6 weeks post natal (12 weeks c section)

Movement 4 Mums +
Advanced (baby free) evening class
Suitable from 6 months post natal, with the added bonus of stretch and relaxation at the end of each class.


  • Expert instruction from a Post Natal Exercise Specialist and fellow mum!
  • Weekly classes of strength training and mobility to help with the daily tasks of motherhood
  • Classes will be adapted for any mums dealing with Prolapse, Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
  • Exercise progressions so you are always improving as you get fitter and stronger.
  • Meet other mums in a social and supportive environment
  • Babies are welcome so no need to worry about childcare (daytime class only)

This price includes initial and follow up assessments for Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), weekly one hour exercise session and ongoing advice and support relating to post natal health fitness and well being.
