A programme to help your body recover from pregnancy and birth safely and effectively, a programme that enables you to build strong foundations for life, a programme that enables you to become fitter and stronger and get you back to doing the activities that you enjoy.

REPAIR AND RESTORE –  6  Week Programme

A 6 week programme to address the healing phase of your journey including restoring your core, pelvic floor and correcting posture.

  • One to one assessment to include: In depth health screening, Postural Assessment, Breathing Assessment and Correction, Core Synergy and Functional Assessment, Assessment for Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)
  • Weekly 1:1 Session
  • Progressive Exercise Programme
  • Weekly Home Programme to complete between sessions
  • Postural Correction
  • Nutritional advice for postnatal healing
  • Nutritional advice for postnatal fat loss
  • A wealth of advice, guidance and information from a postnatal expert
  • Access to educational material to enable you to really understand the changes that have occurred to your body during pregnancy and childbirth and the stages we need to go through to get your body back to working as it should!

PROGRESS AND STRENGTHEN – 12 Week Programme

Continue your postnatal healing journey with this progressive 12 week programme, using a range of equipment to strengthen you from head to toe and moving as a mum with practical, functional exercises! We will work towards more challenging exercises, getting you back to doing what you enjoy!

  • One to one in depth health screening and assessment
  • Weekly 1:1 Session
  • Goal setting
  • Progressive exercise programme tailored for your specific needs
  • Home programme to complete between sessions
  • Weekly check in via email to track progress

Babies Welcome

£630.00  (3 payments of £210.00 by direct debit)


PLEASE NOTE
: the Progress & Strengthen option is available to anyone who hasn’t attended the Repair and Restore course as long as you have no major issues with abdominal separation and pelvic floor weakness. You will be assessed for this during the health screening process.

Please note that there may also be some additional charges to those detailed above for:

Private Studio Space
I am happy to train in the comfort of your own home, or outdoors depending on your programme, however, depending on your needs, arrangements can also be made for access to private studio space at an additional cost.

Travel Expenses
Travel expenses may also be an additional cost dependent on your preferred location for training
