I know that Terms and Conditions can be heavy reading so I’ve tried to make it a little easier for you to navigate!

To save you reading through too many pages of text, I have broken down the terms and conditions into the services provided. Please just click on the session you are attending to read more.

Holistic Core Restore

Payment

All payments are to be made in advance at the time of booking.

If you are paying by instalments, a deposit is required at the time of booking followed by further payments at the agreed times for the agreed amounts.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Refunds / Cancellations / Missed Sessions

Jen Wilson Fitness does not offer refunds for any missed sessions.

If you are unable to attend a session at any time during the programme, then you will forfeit that session as all the programmes run consecutively for a set amount of weeks. However, Jen Wilson Fitness will do everything possible to make sure you are up to speed with the course content that you miss and offer any advice you may need.

In the event of a class/session cancellation due to instructor sickness or any other reason out of Jen Wilson Fitness Control a replacement session will be added on a date decided by Jen Wilson Fitness.

Pelvic Health Screening Form

It is essential that the Holistic Core Restore Pre Screen is completed before commencing any of the Holistic Core Restore ® Programmes. A link to this will be sent in your booking confirmation email. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMMENCE ANY OF THE PROGRAMMES IF THE FORM HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.

Pre Course Assessments

Before commencing the programme, you will meet with Jen Wilson Fitness, via Zoom, for a private 1-2-1 consultation. This will take place prior to the programme/course start date. Please follow the link in your booking confirmation to book your preferred time slot for the 1-2-1 private consultation.​

Arriving at the Studio

On street parking is available.

Access to the property is only available (when facing the property) either directly in front across the shilled parking area or from the right hand side. Please do not walk across or park on the driveway of 1 Grecian Terrace (the attached property to the left)

Mama Reboot

General

  1. Sessions will last for one hour.
  2. Every effort will be made to offer regular session times should these be required, but this cannot be guaranteed.
  3. For the programme to be successful it is important for you to complete your homework, make the necessary changes to your diet and incorporate regular exercise (outside of the time we meet) as part of your weekly routine.
  4. It is your responsibility to let Jen Wilson Fitness know of any change of details including address and contact number.

Programme Expectations

Your session fees include the weekly one-hour training session, programmes to follow at home between sessions, access to the private members area and ongoing support from me.

Jen Wilson Fitness will:

  1. Use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account the personal goals, fitness levels and exercise preferences of the Client.
  2. Provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that the Client may need to help achieve their goals.
  3. Monitor the Client’s progress at regular intervals, revise the programme and make any necessary adjustments to the programme.

The Client will:

1)         Ensure that they arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved.
2)         Ensure that they are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

Late Arrival

Jen Wilson Fitness will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes past the agreed start time. If the client arrives within these 15 minutes the time will be deducted from their session. If the client doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed start time, then the client will forfeit that session and no replacement session or refund will be provided for that session.

If Jen Wilson Fitness is late for a session, this time will be made up at a mutually convenient time, but not necessarily during that specific session.

Client Safety

During the exercise element of the program, every effort will be made to ensure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks.  In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage.

You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program.

Health Screening

Client’s must complete a Physical Activity Questionnaire (par-q) before commencing any exercise programme. The Client may be required to provide a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from their GP.  If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the Client will provide such details.

You are required to keep Jen Wilson Fitness informed of any changes to your health or any changes to an existing medical condition that may affect your exercise programme.


Fee Charging Policy

All payments are to be made in advance. You have the option of paying the full amount by the agreed monthly instalments discussed at the time of booking.

The programme runs consecutively for 8 weeks unless otherwise agreed.

The Client understands that it is their responsibility to ensure that the dates and times booked are correct. To cancel a booked session, the Client must notify Jen Wilson Fitness either in person or by phone, text or email.

Cancellation Policy

You are required to give 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. You can rearrange one session during the 8 week block. If you miss any other sessions then you will forfeit that session.

Payment will be due for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

In the event of cancellation by Jen Wilson Fitness, Jen Wilson Fitness is responsible for notifying the Client of any such cancellation / amended time. There will be no charge/loss of session.

Refund Policy

Personal Training

General

  1. Sessions will last for one hour.
  2. Every effort will be made to offer regular session times should these be required, but this cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Advice can be given on nutrition with regards to what changes you can make to improve your diet, however, meal plans are not a service that is provided.
  4. Jen Wilson Fitness does not promote diets and believes that changing eating patterns should be done in way that can be maintained as a healthy lifestyle for future years.
  5. For the programme to be successful it is important for you to make the necessary changes to your diet and incorporate regular exercise (outside of the time we meet) as part of your weekly routine.
  6. It is your responsibility to let Jen Wilson Fitness know of any change of details including address and contact number.

 

Programme Expectations

Your session fees include the weekly one-hour training session, programmes to follow at home between sessions and ongoing support from me. Time during the one-to-one training sessions will also be allocated to carrying out any health and fitness tests which will be done at the start of the programme and at agreed intervals throughout your programme.

  2. Provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that the Client may need to help achieve their goals.

  4. Provide all necessary equipment and organise appropriate venues for all the sessions.

 

The Client will:

1)         Ensure that they arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved.

2)         Ensure that they are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

Fee Charging Policy

Fees for any of the personal training packages can be paid upfront or by the agreed monthly instalments discussed at the time of booking.  All payments are due in advance. At the end of the initial booking you then have the option to continue paying by monthly instalments for as long as you wish to continue with no minimum period required.

Block bookings are to be used in consecutive weeks from the agreed start date unless otherwise agreed.

The Client understands that it is their responsibility to ensure that the dates and times booked are correct. To cancel a booked session, the Client must notify Jen Wilson Fitness either in person or by phone, text or email.

Cancellation Policy

You are required to give 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session.

The number of times you can rearrange a session are as follows:

6 Week Programme x 1

12 Week Programme x 2

24 Week Programme x 3

 

Any extra changes will result in you losing that session.

Payment will be due for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

In the event of cancellation by Jen Wilson Fitness, Jen Wilson Fitness is responsible for notifying the Client of any such cancellation / amended time. There will be no charge/loss of session.

If you choose to continue training at the end of the initial period, where you will pay a monthly direct debit, you are required to give one months notice to terminate your contract.

Refund Policy

If the Client is unable to continue the block of sessions for medical reasons; depending on the circumstances, a refund may be available for unused sessions. If the client decides to cease training with Jen Wilson Fitness for any other reason, there will be no refunds given for unused sessions.

Postnatal Consultation

Payment

All payments are to be made in advance at the time of booking.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation

Jen Wilson Fitness does not offer refunds for any missed appointments.

24 hours notice is required for the appointment date and time to be rearranged. Failure to give the required notice will result in the appointment being cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

In the event of a cancellation by Jen Wilson Fitness due to sickness or any other reason out of Jen Wilson Fitness Control a replacement session will be provided.

Health Screening

It is essential the Health Screening Forms are completed before you attend your appointment. A link to these will be sent in your confirmation email. Unfortunately, if these forms are not completed prior to the appointment, you will not be able to attend.

Outdoor Classes

Payment

All payments are to be made in advance at the time of booking.

Taster sessions, if available, are to be booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All prices are subject to change, prior notice will be given.


Refunds / Cancellations

Jen Wilson Fitness does not offer refunds for any missed sessions.

If you are unable to attend a session at any time during the term, then you will forfeit that session and no refunds will be given.

In the event of a class cancellation due to instructor sickness or any other reason out of Jen Wilson Fitness Control a replacement session will be added on a date decided by Jen Wilson Fitness.

Should a class need to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions (strong winds, ice and snow) then the session will be delivered virtually, via zoom, on the same day and time as the class.


Health Screening Forms

It is essential that both Health Screening Forms are completed before you attend your first session. A link to these will be sent in your confirmation email. If you turn up to class without completing these forms you will be unable to join in the session.

Outdoor Fitness for Mums Only: As part of the screening process you will meet with Jen Wilson Fitness, via Zoom, for a private 1-2-1 consultation to discuss your screening forms and check for Diastasis Recti.  This will take place prior to you attending your first session. Please follow the link in your booking confirmation to book your preferred time slot for the 1-2-1 private consultation.​

 

Late Arrival

Outdoor Fitness for Mums Only: Unfortunately, Jen Wilson Fitness will not be able to wait for anyone who is running late. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to get yourself and baby ready to set off at the specified time.

Whinlatter Walk & Talk

Booking

Although the walk is free to attend, you are required to book your place. This will enable Jen Wilson Fitness to manage numbers and be able to communicate with participants should a walk need to be cancelled.

Spaces are limited so if you can’t make it, you need to let Jen Wilson Fitness know so that your place can offered to someone else. 

 

Expectations

Jen Wilson Fitness will plan a safe walking route through the forest. This may be the same route each week or it may change.

You will ensure that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of the walk so that we can leave at the specified time.

You will ensure that you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and that you have a rain cover for your buggy.

Late Arrival

Unfortunately, Jen Wilson Fitness will not be able to wait for anyone who is running late. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to get yourself and baby ready to set off at the specified time.

Client Safety

During the walk, every effort will be made to ensure your safety. However, there may be some risks.  In volunteering for this walk, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage.

You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude you from the walk.

Workshops

Payment
