Designed by Jen Wilson, your local Post Natal Exercise expert, The Post Natal Workout is a weekly exercise class to help you through your post-natal recovery.
Each session includes stretching and releasing, cardio and strength and a strong focus on pelvic floor and core work.
Because every birth and recovery are different, we always encourage you to work at your own pace. This is why the workout is only progressed when you are ready as your body starts to heal and become stronger. Adaptations are always available to ensure you are working at a level that is suitable for you.
SUITABLE FROM 6 WEEKS POSTNATAL (12 WEEKS POST C SECTION)
Private 1-2-1 consultation prior to you beginning the workout to include:
- In depth post natal health screening
- Pelvic Floor screening questionnaire
- Assessment for abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
- Postural assessment
- Breathing assessment and correction

Where and When
Join us at this expert-led workout to improve your fitness, socialise with other mums, have fun and enjoy your post-natal recovery with a specialised and knowledgeable trainer.
A small and personal group session limited to four mums and babies.
WHERE: Classes are held in Jen’s private studio based in Harrington, Workington
WHEN: Tuesdays 1.00 – 2.00pm. 2021 start dates TBC
BABIES WELCOME: Pre crawling babies welcome – bring them in their car seat and have a mat or blanket for them to lie next to you.
